We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. App settings remain on your device; photos go only where you send them — a folder you choose on your device or in your own iCloud Drive, or another app you pick from the iOS Share sheet.

What we don’t collect

No personal information
No usage analytics
No crash reports sent to us
No advertising identifiers
No location data
No device identifiers

What stays under your control

SwipeSorter keeps its settings on your device and sends photos only to destinations you choose:

Folder configurations
Custom folder icons
App preferences
Photos moved to local folders or your own iCloud Drive
Photos you hand to another app via the iOS Share sheet (for example Messages, Mail, or a cloud-storage app) — sent directly by iOS to the app you pick, never through us

Permissions

SwipeSorter requests only the permissions necessary for core functionality:

Photo Library	Access photos for organisation and moving
Files / iCloud	Save photos to your chosen folders

Third-party services

SwipeSorter uses no third-party services and never communicates with our servers — we have none. The app’s only network activity happens through Apple’s own system services, on your behalf: downloading your own photo’s full-quality original from iCloud Photos when you move it, and Apple’s iCloud Drive sync for folders you choose to keep there. No data is ever sent to the developer or to any third party.

Data storage

App settings are stored locally on your device
Photos are moved to folders you choose (iCloud Drive or local)
If you use iCloud backup, your app preferences may be included in your encrypted backup
We have no access to your device or iCloud backups

Children’s privacy

SwipeSorter does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Your rights

Since we don’t collect any data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. All your data is under your control on your device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
