We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. App settings remain on your device; photos go only where you send them — a folder you choose on your device or in your own iCloud Drive, or another app you pick from the iOS Share sheet.

What we don’t collect

No personal information
No usage analytics
No crash reports sent to us
No advertising identifiers
No location data
No device identifiers

What stays under your control

SwipeSorter keeps its settings on your device and sends photos only to destinations you choose:

Folder configurations
Custom folder icons
App preferences
Photos saved to local folders or your own iCloud Drive
Photos you hand to another app via the iOS Share sheet (for example Messages, Mail, or a cloud-storage app) — sent directly by iOS to the app you pick, never through us

Permissions

SwipeSorter requests only the permissions necessary for core functionality:

Permission	Purpose
Photo Library	Display library thumbnails and export or delete photos you choose
Files / iCloud	Save photos to your chosen folders

Third-party services

SwipeSorter has no developer-operated servers, analytics or advertising services. Apple’s system services download photos from iCloud Photos and synchronize iCloud Drive folders on your behalf. When you choose a destination in the Share sheet or Files picker, iOS gives that app or file provider access to the selected photos; it may store or transmit them under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your photos, app settings or sharing activity.

Data storage

App settings are stored locally on your device
Photos are saved to folders you choose (iCloud Drive or local)
If you use iCloud backup, your app preferences may be included in your encrypted backup
We have no access to your device or iCloud backups

Children’s privacy

SwipeSorter does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Your rights

We hold no personal data to provide, correct or delete. You manage local copies on your device; copies sent to an app or file provider you choose are also subject to that provider’s privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
